We start with REALTALK. No sugarcoating.


During the discovery and project kickoff phase, we conduct our signature REALTALK Audit to evaluate where you are, what’s working, and what needs to shift. Expect direct, actionable insight that surfaces blind spots and sets the stage for real progress.


We assess your goals, strategies, team alignment, and current marketing infrastructure. This includes your messaging, materials, digital platforms, and operational readiness. It’s the foundation for everything that follows.

Strategy is where clarity takes shape.


After REALTALK comes real direction. We synthesize what we’ve learned to frame a targeted strategy that connects your goals to actionable steps. Our recommendations may include refining your messaging, repositioning your brand, restructuring internal processes, or rethinking your pursuit or growth strategy.


This phase brings alignment. We make sure your story, structure, and strategy all support meaningful progress and measurable outcomes.

In this phase, we implement the strategy and deliver the materials, programs, or campaigns needed to meet your goals. This may include launching new initiatives, producing project-specific deliverables, or guiding your team through organizational shifts.


Execution is collaborative. We work closely with you to refine along the way, gather feedback, and ensure that every step stays aligned with the outcomes we set in motion.

The review phase can be on-going, depending upon our engagement level. For digital strategy and CRM, there will always be some level of management and reporting. For project pursuits, we'll apply what we've learned to each new opportunity. The review phase also encompasses a debrief process and capturing marketable success stories for your firm.
